ESPN Gameday loves LSU's openers

Started thinking about it and gameday has been at LSU's opener almost every year since Les got here. Help me out on a couple of these that I don't remember.
2011- LSU-Oregon
2010- LSU-UNC
2009- LSU-Washington (were they there for it?)
2008- LSU-App St.
2007- LSU-VTech (opener was vs. MSST, but that was a Thursday game, so I'm counting VTech as the opener)
2005- LSU-Az. St. (can't remember this one either)
2011- LSU-Oregon
2010- LSU-UNC
2009- LSU-Washington (were they there for it?)
2008- LSU-App St.
2007- LSU-VTech (opener was vs. MSST, but that was a Thursday game, so I'm counting VTech as the opener)
2005- LSU-Az. St. (can't remember this one either)

ESPN tends to push games that they carry - both the Oregon and UNC games were on ESPN or ABC.

Was this game played on a Saturday or was it earlier in the week? I remember that they moved it around somehow because of concerns with Hurricane, but can't remember if they moved it to earlier in the week or just earlier in the day.

It was the same day with an earlier start (like 10 am), I believe

It was earlier in the day because of the hurricane. It was like a 10am game and was hot as hell. I could have sworn gameday was there for it, so my bad.

I just realized that 5 of the last 7 years, LSU has not opened the season at home. That sucks, that has to stop
And espn cameras at a game does not equal gameday

it was moved to 10 am in the blazing heat of hell. i never been so hot at a game before.

LSU will potentially have 3 gameday appearances: Oregon, WVU, and Alabama.

they were def at the 04 oregon state game! i made the dumbass mistake of wearing a peach color polo with dark blue stripes got cussed out all day which was rightfully deserved! also made it up front for gameday drinking beer on tv was awesome at 18 yrs of age but not so fun when ur high school football coach calls u to inform u that he saw u holding 2 beers on national tv! i def got my cardio in when i got back!
