Except poise, accuracy, and good decision making.

Mehh.
The Oline was constantly caving or just straight up letting people through.
His poise AND accuracy were pretty good considering that.
When he had time and his receivers ran good routes, he connected almost every time.

When I saw the replay of the fumble that Harris dropped and Fournette picked up, that was the only time I thought Harris looked completely "poise-less". He should've just gone down.. but he ran back towards Fournette and shoved it into his stomach with the unencumbered blitzer about 4 inches away.

I didn't re-watch the final interception.. But I know he had several options there. So he was obviously lacking poise there. but he shouldn't have been in that position.

The lack of running (not a single Harris designed rush or scramble I don't think) was concerning.

ESPN and everyone else was of the impression that Harris would be completely serviceable 7 days ago. As I still am.

He's not really ever going to be a Johnny Manziel and make something out of nothing, but he's got a great arm and he did pretty well with his progression.
I'm not an expert on such things but I don't ever see him read a blitz and change up the call. So I don't know how well he is at reading the defense and making adjustments.

But Cam and Les seemingly ran every pass play they could that would give the O Line enough time to collapse.
The two quick bubble screens went for a TD and 13 yard game.

I bet that Harris would be a household name (for good reasons) were he running the Ohio State offense.

Miles is going to kill QB and WR recruiting if he does end up staying somehow. Right now we're living off of OBJ and Landry's success in the NFL.

Ppl still don't know he doesn't even run the zone read. lol. Do U even know what a zone read is ?

Zone read isn't a predetermined play. Except when he's sent to do it. So it's not a zone read. It's a handoff or a keeper

A week ago, everyone said this offense squarely depended on the production of Harris. Yes, that's true, but the line played terrible, Harris didn't seem as composed as you would think for a Junior, and the scheme stayed the same. All that couples into a dismal offensive showing.

I'll bet Harris looks fine in practice, but come game time when the ball is snapped, he throws high, low, behind, or just sees his first option is covered and panics. And for a dual threat guy, he certainly doesn't show any "escapability". He almost never scrambles out of the pocket, looking to run or keeping his eyes downfield. He just pinballs around in the pocket until he throws it away or gets sacked.

Lsu does not run a zone read. I may look like a zone read, but I guarantee miles ain't trusting Harris to make a read on give or keep. It's a designed handoff with zone blocking.

Not really. Harris has all the tools to play from the pocket.

NOT ! B. Harris is a talented football player...just not a good SEC caliber QB ! He seldom excels at defensive "set" recognition, is very slow at any sort of offensive "progressions", seldom appears comfortable at the snap,in the pocket, rolling out or even running the ball and quite often exhibits confused looks towards the sideline...as if he does not recognize the play call, totally disagrees with the play call or "wht can't you morons GIVE ME THE PLAY CALL"...lol
After all this time...he's simply not going to be a good SEC QB. The offensive scheme or lack thereof has something to do with our persistent offensive woes but a good QB/leader can overcome these issues to some degree...just not B. Harris !

He probably has that look because it's the same shite as last November as opposed to the bowl game and what was promised to the fans. He's like "wtf toss dive for real??!"

Chryst had more confidence in a first time starter in Bart Houston. Dude threw two picks, one in the end zone and one pick-6. And he still let him keep throwing. Miles would have stroked out on the field after the second pick.

I remember through the years, all the morons on the rant blaming the QB and wanting a back up to be put in. The past couple of years was put Harris in for Jennings. Now it switches to put Etling in for Harris. The sad cycle continues with the tards on this forum.

What Miles sees in Harris is a good QB with a good arm. In practice he makes good decisions mostly. You armchair QB's can't do any better so STFU!

However, I think Etling and some other QB's deserve a chance to see what they can do in the J State game.

Bottom line - LSU has no QB that can play in the SEC.
Add to that the BS offense LSU runs and you have what you saw in Green Bay.

I keep seeing this. Who promised what exactly?

Never, and I mean never, did I read or hear Les say they are making changes. Tweak, visit with some people, yeah.

For 9 months people sat here and said Miles wasn't going g to change.

Now y'all fabricate some bullshite to say he's a fricking liar?

They let Harris keep throwing after his pick and multiple drops by Dupre.

Stupid would be to keep throwing the ball and not give it to LF.

He is stubborn, but no stupid.

And if he was, what does that say about the people that hired him, that gave him a raise, that gave him an extension, that put that buy out in place? These same people you put your faith in to hire a replacement?

Seriously, other than Emmert bringing in saban, LSU has fricking sucked at hiring coaches since mac left.

Harris was the top rated SEC QB halfway through the season last year. So he must be a QB that can play in the SEC...

Honest question: how does a coach make you accurate? That's kind of a big deal.

I pitched but if the two are similar, you couldn't teach throwing strikes. You either had it or you didn't.
