I'm excited about the potential of the team and not really thinking about the potential of the team letting me down as an opportunity to talk shite to other posters. But I guess to each his own.

I'm really excited about this team too. In one season we've gone from dead last in the SEC in returning production and near the bottom of CFB to one of the most experienced teams. And although I still have reservations about SE as the OC having Brady to help modernize and evolve the offense can only help. The one thing that gives me hope is that SE is not ego driven so he will likely be open to Brady's input.

I think the schedule sets up nicely as well and even though I feel like we should go into Austin and beat Texas, I will feel a sense of relief once we clear that first hurdle. I even like us going to Bama this year because I think we play too tight vs Bama at home.

Good Lord, Trev. Sounds like you're already saying the team won't be good next season.

I didnt mean it that way. I was just pointing out to Ree that he needs to remember he is basically agreeing that there are no excuses next year.

I hear ya. Hopefully we can all just be happy about a great season this time next year and not have to worry about who was right and who was wrong.

I mean he just called himself a jackass. I think maybe you could stand a dose of self-awareness as well

Have to respect this. Not everyone is able to come back and admit it. I've certainly made an arse of myself on here more than I would have liked to.

This may be a shock, but I’m pretty pumped about next season.

We are retooling the offense," Orgeron said. "It's exactly what I wanted from the get-go. I think Joe and Steve Ensminger will work well together."

I do kinda believe Brady gives us what we were looking for on offense. I said Last year we put an old school west coast staff together to run a new school RPO offense and it showed.

Brady brings innovation to RPO background.

Yea me too

I have a few unpopular opinions that I thought were reasonable, but apparently they weren’t

I’m just sick of the rampant negativity on this board that surrounds our football team

Every fanbase has a segment that is just never going to be satisfied. I feel like with our fanbase there is too much of the "championship or bust" mentality. Too many feel like we are either great or we suck. It's the same thing in baseball. Some people have been calling the baseball program mediocre even thogh it's been a top 10 program for a decade.

I don't understand why they flood in when this one person makes a thread.

Ree, like everyone else, has his good and bad posts. Why does he get so much hate? Is it the O stretching pic?

O said we’re retooling the offense (it’s a quote in the article in the OP)
