But don't you find it consternating that you understand someone not respecting a persons work due to their political/social views ( in this case some 150 years ago) but find it wrong for others to find someone's actions wrong for their political / socials views.
Also, do you refuse to use ANY product of the imagination of someone whose outlook you find abhorrent ? Is so, you may not want to use many life saving medical tools, technological equipment, visit many vacation spots, partake pleasant foods or drink or use many roads and bridges because they were invented, built, created or written by people who have intruded on your safe space.

This will keep on going. More and more dumdasses will pout during the national anthem. The reason people have the freedom they do is because people died for this country for that freedom.
And it's not always an injustice. Sometimes it's a convicted felon piece of garbage reaching for a gun. BUT because of race it's the cop's fault.
