So you can’t answer the question about why you care so much about a coach being criticized?

You are so confused.

If you think pointing out lies, half truths and just down right stupidity when it comes to the LSU program, coaches and staff is caring about criticism, there is nothing I can do to help you understand.

Sounds like the Facebook and Twitter leftists.

It reminds me of the threads from a few years ago. The difference now is that Orgeron has delivered the best season of all time and the worst season at LSU in 20 years. So, it makes this kind of thread particularly interesting. 2021 we'll show us who the real coach is.

We know who he is. A good recruiter who is otherwise entirely dependent on his coordinators for the results on the field. The only question is whether he made good hires this time.

Yep, in this thread it is the leftists that are lying through their teeth trying to paint a bad picture of the LSU football program.

These are the same geniuses who told everyone that Joe Burrow wasn't any good because he ended the 2018 season against bad defenses. Now they are back thinking everyone has forgotten how wrong they have been in the past.

The cancel culture is even trying to attack the coach's college degree, his intelligence and other personal stuff. These are the leftist liberals.

You accuse everyone of lying then proceed to tell lie after lie after lie. Everything you just posted is complete bullshite as usual.

Cregg also illegally recruited and had one of the worst offensive lines I’ve ever seen but he was a great hire for O bc of that super bowl ring he earned fetching coffee for the real o line coach

And that’s exactly how he sold himself to get the job but his looney sycophants don’t even acknowledge things he himself has said. Ree says nobody else should get any credit when we have success and Orgeron shouldn’t shoulder any blame when we don’t. He posts like a troll but he’s serious. Calling Ree mentally unstable would just be the tip of the iceberg.

The questions were about the offensive coordinator, not Joe Burrow.

You just openly identified yourself as Derek Ponamsky in the flesh because only someone directly employed by coach O would write this or come close to believing it.

Oh really, how about some of these quotes from 2019 before the season started?

quote:

But the 'top 5' label for a 3 game stretch is very misleading. Who did the other 120 QBs play during that same stretch, etc?

quote:

But we also were just bombing the ball on a team that didn’t have anywhere near the players to keep up with us.

quote:

UCF was overrated.

quote:

A&M and UCF weren't exactly world beaters on defense

quote:

That time frame was against shot defenses

quote:

And after facing the 49th, 87th, 98th and 125th pass defenses, I would hope to god that he would be in the top 5 against those powerhouses

quote:

Same ole shite

"I love JB, BUT....."

Sure they do ...

quote:

I love stats....

Points Responsible For Per Game (FBS):

67. Joe Burrow (10.9/game)

quote:

50th and 98th in Passing yards allowed. respectively

quote:

quote:
Points Responsible For Per Game (FBS): 67. Joe Burrow (10.9/game)

KABOOM..................

Just a few through the first 5 pages of a 17 page thread. You want to point out the posts that are questioning the offensive coordinator?

All of those are. The questioning was why didn't the OC throw the ball like that vs the other teams before those games. Then on top of that, Orgeron had never let an OC have full autonomy before in his career. There was no reason to think that he would in 2019. But, he did and look what happened.

This is a perfect example of you taking a perfectly legitimate comment and turning it into some kind of slight against someone. LSU hadn't had a top 5 QB in who knows how long. Saying someone isn't top 5 isn't dogging them.

That was a fun offseason, lots of good quotables.

This offseason has a different feel. The confidence level is a bit lower for me and a lot has to do with the Pelini hire. I think its top ten or bust this year.

Did you even look at the thread?

Through 5 pages there was no mention of an OC.

Just posters, some from this very thread and others who are currently nowhere to be found, belittling a PFF fact about Joe Burrow's finish to the 2018 season.

You’re just flat out stupid. You’re a small minded retard who can’t understand that just because you’re a fan of a player, coach or team you can still critique them and talk about things that need improvement. You’re too stupid to understand sports so you just latch on to people and treat them as a deities. Now it makes sense, you don’t know anything about sports.

He had everything to do with it. He put together the roster and the coaches. Even if he didn't identify and hire Aranda, he was still able to convince him to stay even Aranda had other options. You also have to give O a ton of credit for going against his nature and allowing Ensminger and Brady to do their thing with minimal (maybe even zero) interference.
