Well thanks for admitting your angle here but there’s plenty of ways to backup things that are posted here. Well I do KNOW this:
A head coach hires his assistants and is responsible if they work out and responsible if they don’t.
So if Ed isn’t the one hiring his coordinators like you claim, why the frick is he the head coach?
If the AD doesn’t trust him to make the hires, then the AD should hire a coach he trusts.
I don’t know this, but I suspect Woodward stood back and let O hire the 2 coordinators this offseason and will determine Ed’s future based on what these coordinators do this season.

He was admittedly pushing rumors as fact. What’s funny is now he’s saying “Nobody Actually knows” but a couple posts ago everything was “a known fact.”

This is spot on, but Woody approving only 2 year deals (less than market rate of 3) shows the leash is short.
I'm rooting for O, but if he shites the bed in 28 days agaist UCLA like last year's opener Woody will be in full O replacement mode.

Well, in a conversation about top 10 finishes no, 13th doesn’t count.
Also, the poster you were responding to said he wanted to see a few top 10s in a row. That 13 was followed by an 18.
I guess we can debate the definition of “few,” but I’ve always considered it to be more than two.

I think there's a huge difference between sucking him off and calling a spade a spade.

O has shown a pattern since he arrived. When he feels safe and is allowed too much slack he acts the donkey, hires his buddies and indulges himself. Then the seat heats up, he corrects course and makes very good hires. Big swings between peaks and valleys is what Orgeron is personally and professionally but his peak has proven enough to win it all. I much prefer having more 5 loss seasons with championships over winning between 9-11 every year with no chance to win it all.

I’d rather high level consistency
Plus 9-11 wins every year means we have a chance most seasons.
11 wins (unless the 1 loss is to an undefeated SECw team) gets you the SECCG and an inside shot at the playoff.
