I don’t think most of the ODs are people knowing taking fentanyl….it’s other stuff like pills, cocaine etc that is just a little fentanyl and cutting agents…they think they are taking a Xanax and next thing you know your ODing on fentanyl

All murderers deserve death the penalty but loss of life is not a celebratory occasion.
