They are a tough team to prep for coming out of the SEC because we just don’t see elite small ball. UK is one thing, but they aren’t nearly as good at it as this team is.

Did UCLA actually play any "small ball"? Simply hitting a lot of ground balls doesn't necessarily = "small ball". Usually, "small ball" is associated with bunting and placing emphasis on getting guys from station to station one play at a time. UCLA didn't really do much of that. They were trying to get hits in a traditional manner....they just hit a LOT of ground balls against LSU.

We got the leadoff man out most of the game. In addition, we were up by 4-5 runs all of today. They aren’t going to give away outs to move a runner up when down thet many runs.

Hard to do when they go down like they did immediately. This is also the team who bunted by far their best hitter in Game 1 to move runs over.

Hopefully 3 innings (and lots of pitches) then a rain delay.

Rain delay is certain at 7:30pm. I'd be livid if I'm UCLA because two rain stoppages is essentially screwed them.

Coastal Carolina has looked good. Not many people expected them to go this far.

They have legit pitching, I am more impressed with their guys than I am UCLAs pitchers.

I really want UCLA to win. Don't think they can though. I think arkansas dominates.

Starting to get a feeling in my plums that tonight is the classic DVH choke game.

I think UCLA sends them home.

We are the best team in the CWS presently.

I agree, but Coastal has a great team also.

I don’t mind the 0 by UCLA.

It means Root stays in and throws more pitches.
