Sure, if we go 2-10 the BOS might approve his buyout. I just cannot see us finishing less than 6-6 or 7-5 actually. This Board might want him fired, but the BOS wont approve his buyout.

IMO, if he goes 6-6 he's gone. He's probably gone at 7-5 too, depending on how bad those losses are and who those losses are to. 8-4 and I think he's safe unless there is more strife among the staff again.

I’ll bet you $10k Ed Orgeron is not LSU’s coach 1-1-19.

Your analysis makes you think that LSU being successful will be the best chance for LSU to be successful?

Powerful stuff.

LSU sucking in 2018 gets ed fired. He's on an island after having run off the coordinator of his dreams to replace him with the coordinator of no one's.

Lol

When Alleva is canned after the Auburn game. Ed won't make the bowl game (if there is one)

Exactly - Orgeron could go 6 - 6 and probably get another one year extension.

Don’t fire him, just demote him to Defensive Coordinator and promote Aranda to head coach. You’ll keep Aranda, and A&M will buyout or Defensive Coordinator(Orgeron) for us, like they try to do every time we beat them...

I love how some of you stupid frickers try to combat a ridiculous notion with the opposite ridiculous notion and think you are a message board profit. Get off your high horse and suck his dick

The guy who drew up this contract needs to go first. Alleva is linked to Orgeron. The sooner Alleva is gone, Orgeron's arse is toast.

There will be 20,000 people in 2019 if he isn’t fired after going 5-7 next year

Obviously this would be best. It goes without saying. But doubting that it will go well isn't being negative, it's being reasonable. I hope we go 14-0. But we won't.

Pretty sure are a few individual donors that could cover that $5M and do so cheerfully to be rid of a coach they didn't want in the first place.
