He absolutely should be gone if this is true.

If true, he is rightfully gone.
However, the report notes that the incidents allegedly happened in April and June, and they were just reported after the relationship ended earlier this month (August).
So, one of two things happened. This young woman has been getting the hell beat out of her, and she finally summoned the courage to end the relationship and report the abuse 2-3 weeks after ending the relationship.
Or, the young woman is pissed about the end of the relationship and made some vindictive, career-ending accusations just before the beginning of the football season.
Both, unfortunately, are equally plausible given the human condition. This is why we have a judicial system to sort things out.

I don't think drake davis was going to make millions based on his first few years
Freak athlete but not a great receiver

Seriously, what is so difficult about staying out of trouble for 4 years if it means that there is a good chance that you can be a millionaire if you do?
Heck 3 years.....but not. All will be millionaires.........and the no male figures at home growing up syndrome is as real as the battered women's syndrome
But the former should be referred to as the LBJ syndrome since his vote buying program fueled his epidemic

Between him and Taylor we have to be skyrocketing up the Fulmer Cup standings.

I can understand hitting a girl who hit you, if that was how it happened, but this seems like some next level abuse type of shite.
Shame too because many felt he was just getting it together on the field.
I know it's a little off to say this right now, but well, we have so many guys ready to take his place.

Women beaters are pond scum. If he did this, good bye.
Never want to see this happen with anybody, but if it did, at least it was a guy who has been buried in the depth chart at a position we’re stacked at.

Does she not have a dad or was she keeping the injuries from her family? I can't imagine that continuing without a family member catching wind of it. Sounds like someone needs an arse whooping.

That’s like asking why dogs chase cats. Animals are going to do what animals do

The cops broke the girlfriends rib so they could mistreat Drake cause he’s black. We can’t stand for this.

I agree, unfortunately for him it seems that in todays culture the man is almost always assumed guilty (like all of the MeeToo stuff) as soon as the public finds out about the allegations. It's sad but you also have to look at the history of domestic violence which unfortunately a substantial majority of the men (I use the word man loosely) are in fact guilty of alleged abuses. I don't personally know about Drakes past or have any idea if this seems to be behaviour consistent with this young man BUT even if only some of these allegations are true and can be proven he should NEVER be able to put on ANYONES team jersey again, especially an LSU jersey.
BUT
If this young lady is just being vindictive because he broke it off with her or found another girl and dumped her I have said for years that I think the so called victims or false accuser should be outed in the media, charged with something that would be equivelant to what the man would have been given and made to publicly apologize to the man. These types of allegations can be impossible to shake once accused, kind of like child abuse or sexual assault / rape. Especially for a person or player in the public eye and it stands to ruin their future endeavours completely but on the other side, the false accuser is rarely ever exposed publicly and are able to go right back to their lives as if nothing ever happened.

I wonder how many Fulmer Cup points this is? I saw Taylor doesn't count because it was the day of the National Title game lol
