You missed the point. The comment was that concentrated marijuana was somehow new and more dangerous. Not true. It's just hash. Albeit cleaner, and delivered with new shiny instruments.

Pot is the most dangerous drug out there because it makes people dumber - see this thread / board, for example. If they keep smoking it in public, call the LSP or DEA. From your description, collectively there would be enough pot prsent to shut them down.
