Don't understand fascination with Williams because Daniels is clearly much better overall

I just don't understand how some NFL teams are putting Williams ahead of Daniels. I've seen Williams play a couple of times and he was okay, but he was no comparison to Daniels. The thing that I remember most about Williams was him crying in his mother's arms after losing a game.

The only thing that Williams has in his favor is his size. Daniels is thinier, but he's 6-4, can run like the wind, very accurate on intermediate throws and pretty dang good throwing down the field, if needed. His weight doesn't bother me because he can gradually add weight to his frame as he gets older.

How many other QBs can leave HS and start Day 1 at a major university and then transfer to another DI program (LSU) and also earn the starting job over other QBs that were already with the program?

The guy is just a winner and a once in a lifetime QB that can still improve. If I'm drafting No. 1 and need a QB, hands down, I'm picking Daniels!

Genuinely asking.

Correct. He needs to go to Washington over Bears. Better offensive coaches.

Don’t want Daniels in Chicago.

Williams has always looked like the best athlete on the field. Jayden is similar but with more of a downhill running skillset (not power, but getting upfield in a hurry) than the pocket elusiveness of Williams.

Both have excellent arm talent, with Caleb creating explosive passing strikes off schedule much more frequently and Jayden favoring the run when he’s flushed.

Caleb is younger and dominated much earlier in his development. That’s a good indicator of success in the league and was used to qualify Ja’Marr as the untouchable good prospect he was.

The big thing I see is there has been zero character issues with JD and Williams has had numerous things come up that should be troubling to any team that wants to draft him

In Daniels' defense, he was at Arizona State and not surrounded by the most talented players like Caleb was at Oklahoma.

Also, Williams won the starting job at Oklahoma during the middle of the season after Rattler began struggling. Daniels started from Day 1 for ASU!

Williams went into the stands and cried...DURING THE frickING GAME....with his mom

Oklahoma was just as good WITHOUT him..actually better than the team he left for.

Hes a quitter, a pussy, and those traits will sink his arse in the NFL
