If you don't support our coach then you don't support our team, Like I said we are stuck with Les for at least the next year and all this shite stirring is just making us look worse

I'd be willing to bet your average HS football coach would have not taken his team out of fg range, would have made sure a timeout was called, and would have gotten his fg unit out on the field

This is too hard for the Leslieites to understand. Everyone makes mistakes. Let's hold hands now.

Did you listen to the presser?

Yes, of course.

quote:

he booth said OM had 12 on D and they were trying to get a snap off to catch them, Miles didn't call the clock it!

He had over 40 hours to concoct this story. Can the people in the booth not count?

quote:

Look I was as pissed as anyone after the game But, listen to what the man said.

I have. And he is an idiot. He is in-coherent at best and allowed for the same play to be called after it didn't work the first time (2 point conversion) and didn't give his "authority" to run it, when Jefferson was sacked. And where was our highest sought after recruit who publicly advocates and promotes LSU? Oh, he was on the sidelines next to Miles for the 2 point conversion.

quote:

Believe it or not he knew how long it would take to get the FG team on the field,

Yes, he said it would take nearly 30 seconds. A reporter commented that he had 27 seconds and the buffoon said something along the lines that he would be surprised if so ... and this was after every person in the room were to be held accountable ... he still didn't know how much time he actually had left between plays.

He's a coach that is in over his head. For Christ's sake, he asked a police officer at the end of the game if he had a timeout remaining.

But then again, the players had "a want" for more time on the clock.

He asked an OXFORD POLICE OFFICER for timeout advice. What did he expect the officer to say?

Probably, but you don't know.

No, it's Miles making LSU look bad. I haven't heard my name once on ESPN today - at least.

bullshite. I support LSU. The university and the team are bigger than the head coach. He's an idiot. I didn't support John Brady, but I supported the LSU basketball team.

I don't give two shits about the "shite stirring." This is a message board, open for discussion concerning LSU athletics.

And I sincerely doubt that this message board will get more press coverage than ESPN's show today with Finebaum, Yahoo Sports, CNNSI, CBS Sportsline, Charles Hanagriff and Gordy Rush, Jimmy Ott and Buddy Songy's show.

The officer should have arrested him for being "too stupid to coach an SEC team."

He definitely is a liar. Come on four times in a row at the end of the play he is saying the reciever is down? Please feed that line to people who did not go to college. He LIED! He continues to LIE! And until he MANS up he is nothing but a deer in the headlights, which really he has always been.

Ask yourself when have you ever seen Les on the sidelines actually participating in the game.

He Lied!

I think people are looking at the clock it statement and missing how much more funny and sad this story is. He asked a friggin police officer from a different state for timeout advice.

Which proves he's a liar?

No, but it proves that his head was not in the game.

The players lack focus, discipline, concentration and execution and one has to look no further than the guy who is "coaching" it to them.
