And this isn't to say Jefferson was a better QB. both were mediocre at best.

Well Lee is playing in a All Star game while JJ is pouting at the house.

And the offense had its best stretch of games against WKU, Ole Miss, and Arkansas, while Jefferson was the QB.

Some shitty defenses right there. It's all an illusion, and you fell for it too.

No worse than Kentucky Northwestern State or West Virginia defenses. And stats from the qb position and team stats were extremely similar or better in JJs games. There is no possible way that you could honestly say to yourself based on JJs performance through Arkansas that the game against UGA was waiting. After that then all bets are off.

ETA before I get blasted I said over and over even during the last 3 games JL should have gotten snaps to get out of his Nov 5 Alabama funk

After all, JaMarcus and Matt Flynn were both forced to run the exact same offense as Jefferson as well.

not sure if serious

68% run this year. FACT.

thats my point...he didn't trust the QBs

do you know what the percentage was with JR and Flynn? alot lower than 68% run.....because he trusted them to throw the ball.

Miles mismanaged the team this year and it cost us dearly.

yea...mismanaged it all the way to a 13-1 record with a conference championship and a NC game.

I always assumed it took a while (at least a month or so) for revisionist history to come into the fold.

have you looked at those rosters? the Ohio university players on that roster aren't from THE Ohio State University. I'm sure JJ will be invited to either the senior bowl or east/west shrine game

tell me again, which one was JJ invited to?

You were asking about the one that invited Kellen Moore, Russell Wilson earlier.....did JJ get that invite yet?

and you have the nerve to laugh at anyone

i guess bill up there in new england should retire because he went undefeated and lost in the superbowl to a team he barely beat already that year?

Great analogy. Now follow it through. What's his playoff record since then? How many SBs has he been too? TIA

Blame Miles for this, folks. He closed the window on this team in order to prove a point. He was too proud to see that the offense performed better with JL at the helm. Miles will lead this program to ruin.

Another question: Could the WR's bolting speak to what they've seen from Mett in practice? There seemed to be a lot of hope before the season that Mett could take the starting job at some point but that didn't happen.

Maybe they don't see Mett as a huge upgrade over what was there and instead just see a highly productive backfield returning while the offense tries to break in a new QB. It seems logical that that's not a recipe for increasing their draft stock.

So far one is bolting. Randle just may stay, and none of the rumors on boone have been confirmed.

So he chose QBs he didn't trust over Mett who by his own admission is by far the best passer on the team. Yeah...he's not stubborn at all...

I'm hoping you're basing this on more than just your own "want" to believe.

Shep is gone. That was decided before Mon. Had it out with Miles. Ergo, 3 plays. Boone tweeted that the paperwork is coming. Les didnt change RRs mind.

They don't want to stick around to block the majority of the game.
