Maybe not but it seems he is working way harder tonight than normal. Like maybe either the cold or late start has him off.

No not at all. He’s hitting his spots with the fastball and his breaking balls have great movement. Last week I agree but he has his stuff tonight.

No but the ump seems to have a rather moving zone.

This is how good Skenes is.

3 ball count = "Does Skenes look off?"

Hey man I agree with you. I don’t think he’s quite as dominant as he has been previously.

It would help if the damned home plate umps would stop squeezing the zone on him.

He's on, just a late start.

He's about to steal souls after we put up a crooked number here.

Some of y’all expect this man to throw a no hitter every game.

Strikeout pitchers throw a lot of pitches, more at 11

Not so far. His outside pitches are painting the corner but the ump only thinks a pitch right down the pipe is a strike so.

I think his stuff is just so good that these college umps are having a hard time calling it.

He can keep opponents runs to a bare minimum but LSU batters never seem to help him out.

Eh. Skenes is always going to throw a lot of pitches. He’s a strike out pitcher so that just kind of comes with it.
