No. He leaves after 3 in a row. Goes to Austin for a 10 year $100 million contract.

I would love it. However, would you fire a coach for losing 2 games this year, with a recent BCS championship under his belt?

Not saying I would but like many have alluded to, I think Bama nation would get very restless and grumpy and we know Saban has too big of an ego to put up with that shite especially if he has other schools laying out the red carpet for him to come over to.

Bama has five first team all-americans this year, 4 first rounders in last years draft- and they still cant win the West much less the SEC. Interesting

joke right.
you gonna fire a guy who is undefeated in regular season except for OT loss to the #1 team in nation. Top recruiting class next season. Considered for sainthood by the talking heads at espn. come on!

not going to fire him, but can't you see him leaving for more money at a school where the fanbase is a lot less obsessed....

Good question. They have a lot invested in the little guy, but with the $ he's making, they sure won't tolerate him going 2 consecutive years without at least an SEC West title. We take the SEC West next year, Nick's high seat could get pretty hot.

So you're going to fire a coach who won a BCS NC all of 2 years ago, gets you to a BCS NCG after being ranked #2 pretty much all year, and recruits lights out every year?

What kind of stupid fricking question is that?

If we beat Saban in New Orleans and then beat him again in Baton Rouge, He will not get fired. He will leave to Texas. He can be a big fish in a small pond there and make double the money with out have the gumps, Auburn, and Les Miles to worry about. He leaves Bama after LSU beats them next year Heads to Texas to replace out going Mac Brown! BOOK IT

For the record, I never said fired. I said keeping his job which can mean all sorts of options.

Yes , if Aub the other tiger team beats him next season and we do the same , He will find a moving van at his home when he returns after the other tiger team beats his bama team .

Why do some LSU fans get there butthurt over Nick Saban? I love LSU. It didn't do us wrong. If he left LSU for bama I would hate him but he didn't.

But they did show improvement...from 4th in the West to 2nd.
