After some research, there isn't a publicly disclosed figure, unlike Brian Kelly coming out and saying LSU spent $18 million this year. Various sources suggest $20-23 million, a figure in which LSU could consistently support with a winner at head coach.
So basically, anyone repeating this trope is full of shite.

honestly think this is our chance to get Saban. Woodward and him know each other very well. If we move on from Kelly this year I think it would be a real possibility. If we wait until next year I think Saban may end up elsewhere.
