He comes back and the light comes on for another LSU QB Heisman Trophy.

yea, the Anthony Richardson high draft pick was absolute malpractice by that GM.

And I said it at the time.

Last season LSU didn't pursue a transfer QB. The reason is because the staff felt Nuss was good enough to be that guy. That's the same reason they didn't pursue a transfer to start this past offseason. The felt Nuss was capable.

That's funny, because LSU took a transfer QB in the portal.

It might be in his best interest to do so as this is not going to be strong qb draft class. If he does bring in Underwood and let the young guys battle it out.

Have you seen the QBs that were drafted in the first round recently?

If he has a first round grade he should go a no one should blink an eye at it. If it’s 2-7 round grade he should return. It’s really that simple to me if I’m him or his family.

Anyone with half a brain knew Anthony Richardson would be a bust.

I have no idea how he was a 1st round pick.

Is this a serious question

Anyone who drafts Nussmeier is clinically retarded. He’s just a bad quarterback. He’s different from other bad quarterbacks we’ve had in that he’s way more talented, but he’s still a bad quarterback with some great abilities. Still bad.

Unless he dramatically improves after the season I hope he transfers.

You want him to transfer? Are you kidding us?

Who else would you want to play next year?

Does anyone need proof that we have certifiably retarded fans?

On ESPN this week a pro scout said today's NFL teams want to see more than a 13 game starter. Too many are expected to start in the NFL first year because of the big bucks involved and two years of starting in college makes a big difference. Nuss has skills but makes too many knucklehead plays. He'll come back.

I thought we took some guy from Vandy? Or was that year before?

Not really. He’s mobile. He just doesn’t utilize his mobility correctly.

I said if he doesn’t improve.

We were a hair away from dropping 3 games because of his completely unforced mistakes and unjustified bad decisions.

I’m not talking “you missed an open man and ran for it instead” type decisions. I’m talking “you did a Max Johnson impression for no reason” type decisions.

He should come back. 2 year starters in college are working out better in the NFL than the single season starters.

Max Johnson had one of the best seasons that a LSU QB has ever had back in 2021.
