Does LSU baseball have a chance to make the tourney?

Anyone know if LSU baseball is officially eliminated from postseason play or what the avenues are to somehow get in?
Here is On3s latest projections
Field of 64 Projections: NCAA Tournament Bubble
Last Four In: Michigan, Virginia Tech, TCU, East Carolina
First Four Out: Pitt, Purdue, Louisiana, Miami (OH)
Next Four Out: Vanderbilt, UAB, LSU, Arkansas State

I hope we can squeak in as the #3 seed in the Conway, SC regional
I'd also love a revenge trip to Hattiesburg, MS

LSU makes it with these parameters:
a) Win the SEC tournament
b) beat Tulane and win five/six of six vs. UGA and UF
c) beat Tulane, win four of six vs. UGA and UF and win two in Hoover

I know you trolling with that first sentence.

This is 100% correct.

Or win out in the regular season

Yep
1 is a guarantee,
2 is virtually a guarantee.
3 is pretty much a guarantee as well, with a possibility that 1 win in Hoover gets us in.

Not sure how strong the bubble is this year, plus we don't know how many bid stealers there will be...I just feel like we have had too many mid-week games blunders to only win one in Hoover if we fail to win five of the six.

I agree. If we get to 12 wins, winning 2 pretty much assures we beat a team, probably two, with a better, maybe much better, RPI than us. If we win a third game, we are absolutely in with 12 regular-season SEC wins.
There might also be some favor accounted to a team that won 2 of the last 3 championships and brings in so many fans and eyes on the broadcasts wherever they travel.

NO - team is horrid and has no business in the post season. Most overrated preseason team that I have seen in years. Maybe ever. From the Top of the nation and SEC to the basement.

We left 5 wins on the table.
Game 1 at Vandy.
Game 3 v Oklahoma.
Games 1, 2, and 3 at Miss St.
That puts alot of pressure on these final 2 weeks of the season, now with a battered and bruised ballclub.
This team is not short of effort, though, so I feel pretty confident that they will make it interesting.

Don’t do this to yourself (until Hoover)

bid stealers
64 teams, given that there will be at least 12 that are outside the top 64 in RPI, so that knocks you down to 52 teams. Odds are a few more will slip in, or teams that are in the 52-64 range, so 45-50 will likely be the range that's open to choose from, probably closer to 50 than 45.
Since the final decision is not solely based on RPI, I would want to be in the top 40 RPI to eliminate any possibility of being pushed out. 40-45 feels iffy unless we win both the Florida and Georgia series or make a deep run in the SEC tournament (which may put us higher than 40).
Though I will still hold out hope if we get to 12 wins because I am a sunshine pumper at heart.

Just win baby. Lot of opportunity to boost RPI over the next several weeks.

Don’t care. If they did make it, they’d get skull dragged. Rather get ready for football season and recruit baseball for next year.

LSU always has a chance. They are peaking right now. Nothing to lose and everything to gain. Two,two and 1 win in Hoover gets LSU in. If they get swept by GA it's over. Unless they win the SECT.
