I keep forgetting that jenings was suspended all summer for doing something stupid. Les usually suspends players from at least a game or 2, even though charges were dropped.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Jennings is suspended for this game as a form of 'internal discipline'.

Has he said anything indicating either way?

Since he hasn't said that Jennings is suspended for the game, I'll assume that he's not.
He'll probably get some snaps.. mainly because we'll be up by 4 TDs in the 3rd.
Hopefully that's enough.......

Damn I forgot he was in that mess as well.

I think both deserve some type of punishment , even if it's for half. But losing your starting QB job maybe punishment enough.

Last year we didn't find out about the Wisconsin game suspensions till the day of the game.

You know Les will play his favorite QB .. it took everything he had to semi-say Harris will likely take the first snap... or if nothing unforeseen or JJ regains eligibility .. Les will play Aj

Still hanging on to the belief that Jennings is Les Miles pet when all evidence has proved that to be false. Some people on here are beyond retarted.

When we get play teams like mcneese for openers, the second string usually gets some snaps towards the end of the game

I'm thinking both will play. If you see Thomas in the first half you will definitely see Jennings in the 2nd half. If not, I cannot imagine Harris getting every snap. This time on Sunday morning we will know. I'm not responding to MirrOlure's comment because it doesn't deserve a response.

les has "withheld players from play" without announcing a suspension before (auburn 2011)

I think Jennings losing his starting job is punishment enough. He does not need to be suspended

I sure hope not. If Harris is the starter he needs to play till the game is out of hand because he warmed the sidelines too much last year when he is the one who needed to get some meaningful real game snaps since we knew we would need him to eventually replace Jennings this year and for the next year if we are to win a championship.

If he comes in the second quarter then we have this 2 QB system that I am not a fan of. Furthermore it may give 40-50% of the season's snaps to AJ who is not as talented as BH especially throwing the ball accurate and the bombs, as well as not being able to run the ball as good as Harris (Harris is more elusive and has more speed)

We'll see tonight just exactly what goal Les Miles has for his team.

If he's really interested in winning the SECW/SEC, BH will play the entire game and throw it on almost every down in order to get in synch and improve critical timing with the WR's and TE's.

No need to pound it all game.

Here's a perfect opportunity to work on the Passing Game in preparation for MSU and AU.............

i agree with everything you said. However, that's not the Miles way. He will show how we can run the ball even if you line up 15 guys in the box. He will throw a couple of safe passes here and there but not enough to get any quarterback development out of it.
