You have to upload the picture on your phone to an online photo hosting service, like imgur or photobucket. You'll have to register with that site (get a login, etc), and then download their app. Once you download their app, you login and it will allow you to search your phone for the photo. Choose your photo and upload it. The app will give you a URL that is the address to the photo.
Once you have the URL, make a post on tigerdroppings and paste the URL into the box when you click "img" while making your post.

Click browse
Find and select pic from phone
Select view image
Copy and paste url in img button on TD
