No. Not just no but hell no. The dude can’t win big games. The one time he won a big game against Bama in 2022, he proceed to throw away a playoff opportunity by losing inexcusably to A&M. To think this dude is capable to win enough big games to get into the playoffs and then rattle off 2 to 3 big playoff game wins…zero chance.

Honestly I really thought so until last night.
He’s a really good coach just not a championship level coach.
He literally pulled defeat from the jaws of victory last night with multiple bad decisions.
And once again, he was not prepared for a season opener. And sure it was not an SEC game, but don’t pretend it wasn’t critical.
The loss last night could be the difference between sneaking into the playoff with a punchers chance to win it all being the first team left out.

I didn't like it when they hired him and I still don't like his hiring now so no I don't think he can win and that's sad thinking that an ogre like ed O can win one and this clown can't win an opener.

I’ll give him this. He won’t win a championship but he did right a sinking ship and should have a roster in place that his successor should be able to win….if we don’t frick up the hire.
