I like the athleticism on this team, but a little more size inside and SHOOOOOOTING would be nice.

If you think about it, we've only had two real shooters who can spread a defense in the last decade. Darrell Mitchell and Marcus Thornton.

GD was not a star at LSU. He helped get Brady fired. He was lazy, couldn't dunk the ball, couldn't rebound, only wanted to shoot 3's to impress NBA scouts......was not a team player......

WTF are you talking about?

We're bad because we have no threat from the perimeter. It's pretty simple. Hopefully we can be better there next season.

Malik and Shavon will rescue LSU basketball from the ashes like a phoenix rises and guide LSU to the SEC title and elite 8 next season

Yep, we need to find a 2 guard that can hit an open 3, slash effectively, and not have a future in this league:

I have lost faith in the Head Coach

but do not have the power to fire or even bring it up so I'll wait until the people in that position have had enough

I'm not a trent fan but I am a supporter of LSU hoops and the guys so I'll still be at the games. I need to figure out another way to express my displeasure with him at the helm however

That's the problem. They obviously don't give a shite about the mood or opinions of the fans, but they ALWAYS care about money.

There are ways to give your money to the school without it supporting continued mediocrity. I am just done with Johnson and his woe is me attitude. I do not believe he is a good fit at LSU. Seriously, our only hope every damned year is that scholarships dry up and decent players have no other option but to sign with us.

Good point about not being able to beat intramural teams..... Back in late 70's and early 80's the intramural teams were more entertaining that would LSU puts out on the court these days. Recruiting is what drives a great program and Trent Johnson has done a below average job IMO. Hell, I could have started for this team if they were there in late 70's - just ask Dale Brown! Geaux Tigers!

Nope.

We sucked even when the league, sucked.

Dale Brown could have fell out of bed and finished in the top three in this league.

Alleva must go.
