My 2 year old boy is in love with watching “Ball Game”. He has watched just about every game with me this year and even slept on my lap during the marathon game versus MSU because he didn’t want to go to bed while the game was on. I even taught him to say “GEAUX TIGERS”!! I believe I convinced the wife to go to a regional game. Does a 2 year old need a ticket for admission? I couldn’t find it on the website. Thanks in advance.

SRO for a 2 year old at best
He will be lucky to make it 2/3 innings and it will be hot even at night

Don't plan on staying all game or you will be disappointed. My 8 year old girl and 4 year old boy struggle.

Regular season, children under 3 do not need a ticket.

Same as basketball. Only football everyone needs a ticket.

All persons age 3 and older must present a ticket for admission to Alex Box Stadium. Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge. All persons entering the facility are subject to search.

This is Alex Box policy. Not sure if it changes during the postseason though.

2 and under are free, no ticket required. Kid will have to sit in your lap if it's packed. 3 and older require a ticket. Good luck with the heat for your 2 year old. We were there with our 3.5 year old last weekend and she was struggling.

Even if a 2 year old gets in for free on a lap buy a ticket. A 2 year old on your lap for 3 hours is impossible. Plus, if saving the money for a 2 year old is an issue then you can't afford to go to the game.

Go into labor and have a kid in the stadium, you'll need to purchase a ticket for the newborn. True story....

not really.

Please don't bring a two year old to the game. It's gonna be too hot and he's going to be miserable. You probably will be too.

You're already letting him dictate when and when not he goes to bed?

There's a big difference for a child in watching a game in the AC at home with a great view of the players, no lines, no nearly unbearable heat etc... Think about that seriously.

Take him to some little league games this summer if you want to try to take him to a live game for a little while. Bring a lap fan.

Dont, just don't.
You wont be comfortable, the people around you will be affected, etc
Let him chill with mom amd play a game where he looks for dad on tv. He'll do it for less thatn 5 minutes and go play.
