Until UF moves its campus out of Gainseville, it'll rank as the worst fanbase and road destination by FAR!
I hold no ill will against the UF team or Mullen. I actually like watching their defense play and have always respected Mullen's ability to identify and develop good QBs.
They seem like the LSU of the SEC East. Great defense, great talent, and needs a decent QB to have a chance to win it all.

I didn't really hate Florida until I went to Gainesville for a conference. We (20 of us) were refused entry into the Salty Dog bar because we were all wearing polos from our respective alma maters.
We responded by going to the bar next door (Balls) and buying a drink for everyone there.
BTW, the "talent" in Gainesville is waaaaaay overrated. There are some hot chicks but they are interspersed among a lot of land whales.

Many times there I would just put up with their behavior. However when they wanted to fight after the game because we won and also because they keyed our car that was the final straw.

Hurricane Matthew is irrelevant in hate towards Florida. They were miserably obnoxious in an uncreative douchebaggery way long before.

I didn't like UF before the hurricane debacle, and I will continue to dislike them well into the future. Shaq could become their AD and I would still despise them.
My biggest reason (besides them being a bunch of arrogant entitled fricks) is that over the years, I have come to realize that they, like us, are good at multiple sports in the SEC, and not just football. I consider them one of our chief rivals on the field, court, diamonds, gym, and track. That right there is reason enough to consider UF one of our biggest and most hated rivals among all sports.
