My first game was for "Tiger Day" in 2000. The day we lost to UAB.
Needless to say it didn't deter me from becoming a fan and alumnus.

1995 - LSU/Rice I think
Vaguely remember it. I was terrified the whole game because the stairs were so steep.

Florida 58
LSU 3
Game started early for TV, the game had already started before we found a parking spot.

September 30, 1961. LSU defeated aTm. It was to be Dietzel's last year and LSU finished #3 nationally.

Rice game - I think '67. Middle of 3rd quarter, all of the stadium lights go dark.

1981-I was a freshman and we started the season with Alabama. Back then there were no reserved seats, just punched your student ID to get in so a huge crowd gathered outside the student section gate. It was pretty much a drunken chaos outside the stadium then once in and the game got going drunken fights erupted everywhere with a giant fight down on the edge of the frat areas. I have a vivid memory of people beating a BR policeman. It was crazy and fun back then....except we lost the game in a barn burner something like 7-9.

Don't remember my first game.
I was 6th in line behind mom and 4 siblings.
However, I have missed few home games since Fall of '79. I clearly remember the game (as drunk as I was) against the #1 Condoms in '79, the win against #1 Florida in '97 and all of the other great and not so great games since my freshman year at LSU.
I've been to every SEC stadium except for Mizzou since they just joined.
Until a few years ago, my dad had been to almost every home game (only missed about 1/2 dozen) since the 1959 season.
Tigerfandom is in my blood and will stay there forever!!!!!

Oddly, I don't remember my first game in Tiger Stadium very well. We moved to Louisiana when I was 10. We went to a game in the early 80's (12-13 years old) - I think Wickersham was QB. All I really remember is:
1) Getting stuck on the Mississippi River Bridge for about an hour because of an accident
2) Getting in near halftime
3) Climbing the stairs in the old West Upper and being afraid of falling off because it was so steep.
My next game was as a freshman in '88.

Can't remember the exact year or game... I was probably around 10 years old, but I damn well remember climbing those steep steps of the upper deck and that undeniable sound of pure hatred and evil from the home crowd as they boo'ed Jaime Howard with every step he took. It shook me to the core with the violent hate for the man wearing home colors.
I also learned many new four lettered words.
What can I say.... It's in my blood now.
On a side note: I'm actually friends with Jaime now and it still makes me smile remembering that I would never forget his name after that experience.

yep seeing my uncle play in 1985. I remember going and seeing him before the game and getting all kinds of signatures.
Also my grandparents were super fans and never missed a home game from 1984-1997 and made most of the away games in that time, and made many games after, giving up their season tickets in the north endzone in 2005.
