I do. I wasn't excited about football this year anyhow. I would have rather been the reigning champs of 2019 and 20 . This year might take a huge blow to our football program.

No. I’m an LSU fan, but I’m also a College football fan. No season would suck way worse than this

Nope.

From a fan in general perspective, it's always good to have them playing.

From an LSU perspective- if it takes a year to figure out some hires and recruits aren't going to get it done it's a great year to do it. The year itself is more fricked up than a football bat... so if you gotta have a year for some assholes to show their asses, here we are.

Additionally, might be good for some players to get a taste of the bottom half of the SEC. Just like above, if we have to have players understand what it feel like to play on a team that is struggling and how to pull together and not blow apart like Arky did with Morris... I can't think of a better year.

And if this is some form of protest or boycott on some players part (I don't think it is and evidence says no), then let some of these freshmen and soph's get a taste of the bad life and set their asses straight themselves. It will prevent such cancers in the future. Also can't think of a better year to excise such demons.

NO! This team, Brennan and the WRs need the experience for our run in 2021.

You only had to read just a little tiny bit more. I mean it is so obvious that had to be a conscious decision to misconstrue and that's on you for being so fricktarded.

Not in a million years... I live for this time of year no matter what LSU does. I want to see the best teams compete, regardless. You sound like a selfish little twit.

I didn’t say you believed it.

But the very fact that you put it in your post indicates that you have seen this suggested by others, no?

So is this where I call you names for being some kind of dumbass?

I wish that I could give you a million downvotes. Take this season for what it is, trim the fat, and give them this season to figure it out and gel together. Do you wish we should have showed up next year, in a season that actually matters, and to look like this? 2020 is the best year to have these shite mistakes ironed out. Frick off you sheep

Do you we should just pat everyone on the head and give them a participation trophy? There is no fan base which would be happy with the way this team has been managed and the total breakdown which has occurred with our coaching...

I put it in my post because it is appearing elsewhere on this board. And the fact that I addressed it (because it is on this board) and then rebutted it (which you chose to leave out to make it appear that I was promoting the idea which I did the opposite) is indeed my reply to those others we both acknowledge.

And there are those out there that would like that very thing to happen. Some who just want such things to be at every level and corner of society. Some, outside our program, who just want to affect LSU. Some who are affiliated with LSU, like a former player or two, who want such things to happen so they can jump in if they do and claim a leadership role in making it happen to further their own careers/SJW status. So far they have failed, but it wasn't for lack of trying.

So the theory has some merit. The want for such is there. It thankfully, and credit to both players and coaches, has been a failure.

Laying down/throwing out efforts are a plan B by those mentioned above. The Plan A was to cause (and claim leadership credit for) mass opt outs. When that failed it all failed. So the idea that there are some out there wish for and are trying to push for this idea of not putting out has merit. It's just that it did not come to fruition.

There is a mindset/attitude problem. I think it comes from leadership (Pelini). But it is a football problem... not societal.

Go for it. I make plenty of mistakes. And I've been called names, specifically retard, by the "best" of them like MoJeaux and justice.
