Most LSU fans that didn't go to LSU have a connection to the school such as being from Louisiana and having family that goes to or went to LSU. What is your connection to $C?

I see. In order to be considerd a true fan of LSU, one must 1) have gone to LSU, 2) lived a while in Louisiana, or 3) had family that attended LSU.

As an LSU graduate, the SEC in not something that I would crow about. Sure the football, track, baseball, and to a certain extent basketball programs are great, but the SEC is the most corrupt and cheating conference in the nation. Take a look at the violations that were committed by SEC schools and yet people still call out USC.

I hate USC and will have my kids hate USC just like my parents had me hate Notre Dame. I don't know why i was supposed to hate ND but I have ever since my parents said to. Same goes for Penn State for some reason but i have a few cool friends that are big PSU fans and they are turning me the other way.

if you want your kids to look like idiots go ahead and encourage them to hate a school that LSU has absolutley no strings attached to.
You think Usc fans give a frick about LSU?

Well that about covers it for the definition of a true fan.
1- went to LSU, or 2- had family that went to LSU, or 3-employed by LSU, 4- live or lived in Louisiana, or the kicker, 5- if you live in anothet state and like LSU. Do you not see how 5 makes your earlier impication hypocritical? In the likely case you do not, you are saying if you live in another state and like and fanatically follow LSU, then it's cool, you are a true fan. If you live in anothet state and like and follow USC even if for decades, then you are going to call that person out.

it's not cheating, unless you get caught. If you want to win championships you've gotta cut corners.

Actually, there was a reason. It had something to do with them canceling a game after we had played one at their stadium back in the 70's or 80's. I was born hating Ole miss and Bama so they didn't have to do anything encouraging there.
