Okay then rush the field and don't get upset when we lose to Arkansas the next week.
If bama is your national championship then by all means go for it.
I'll just take in the moment, since I've actually attended the last 5 loses to bama, and then go back to my tailgate and get smashed.

I'm going to assume you're specifically talking to me with this and not using "your*" as the plural. I won't be upset if that happens because I don't let college kids define or affect my life.
I'm just trying to point out that it's going to happen if LSU wins regardless of how anyone feels about it or how it looks. Arkansas game is going to be a game with a hangover regardless of which way the Bama game goes.
Didn't LSU fans rush the field after beating Tennessee in OT back in 2000? Yeah, I'm sure the fans rushing the field is the reason LSU lost 41-9 at Florida the next week...

You're right frick it I don't give a shite what the students do I just want to win. I think it's a pretty silly premature conversation we're having, but it's whatever. I'm just tired of losing to those assholes.

It's just the perception of the program. It's just creating an image. Perhaps you don't seen it as a negative, but rushing the field after wins is something lesser programs do. Comes with the territory of being the unexpected victor. Rarely do traditional football power programs revert back to old habits from a less successfully period in their history.
So take it for what it's worth, negative or otherwise , but programs that are considered elite or have a desire to be elite don't engage in sht like that unless the fanbase really doesn't see the program as top tier...hey maybe that's what's it all about after all? Typical inferiority complex manifest itself in ways such as this hahahhaa

Exactly my point. People spend too much time worrying and getting upset about things that they can't change and doesn't affect them at all (people leaving early, students saying a few curse words, how everyone celebrates). Just be the fan you want to be and have fun with it.

I hope not. But I'll be there, so if we do... it'll be my second time and idk if it would be worse than the first. Probably so since it's my second time. But we did storm the field against Ole Miss of all teams....

Well we can debate those other things for good reasons that affect the program/recruiting/atmosphere etc.
But I agree with your point 100%
I just want to win that game so bad. I don't think rushing the field is appropriate, but it won't spoil my excitement
