Similar to how people were ready to get rid of Brad Davis after season one. You have to give them time. And McMahon is showing that he is a really good coach.

He’s 11-6 and has 1 win over a ranked team in 2 years let’s chill out a bit huge surprise to start conference though

Relax. Nice win.

Saturday is huge. We have 5 of the next 7 on the road after and one of the Home games is a very good Alabama team

How bout them boys. Team seems to be figuring some things out.

Cook is a big piece, he’s only going to get better. Getting Wilkinson, Stewart back won’t hurt.

Baker… has the size but he needs to work on some things. Nice that he can shoot a jumper, but he is simply not a threat on the take & Dean is a better defender.

Still, if they shoot from the floor & defend like they did tonight they’ll have a chance to rack up some upsets.

If we could get some stronger post play from Baker, this is a sneaky good team. I’ve got to think he’s got more in the tank than what he has shown because Hannibal has been tougher in the paint.

As it is, I foresee us getting manhandled by teams that are bigger & more physical inside (see MSU). But overall, I am liking the direction McMahon has things moving.

Coach Mc has a 25-25 record at LSU and 5-17 SEC games.

I really have no clue why every a-hole needs to come out of the woodwork for some "told you so" topic.

Be better than that.

This year’s team is 3-1 in the SEC, you might want to ask this question at the end of the season.

He’ll do just enough to keep the wolves away. My fear is we’ll look up at the 5 year mark and have MAYBE 1 tournament appearance. Would love to be wrong, but I see him as a very mediocre head coach over the long haul

Yup. Last year was a nice start too and we imploded.

Im cautiously optimistic just like last year.

If we fall off a cliff again, I will be pissed again.
