I’m really shocked by the fans who support a coach who did the wrong thing in playing the pedophile. If any of them think for 1 second he wouldn’t have kicked him off the team if he was a 3rd string catcher you’re crazy.

The President of the University came out immediately and said the kid was welcome back for school and baseball.

Out of all the comments about Casey and Heimlich in regards to the situation, this is one of the dumbest. I posted this on another thread already, but I’ll post it here as well. I can’t say the kid is innocent, because I just don’t know. But there’s a hell of a lot more to the situation than most of you even know about. Take the time to read the information from the link I’m posting. I believe the kid got railroaded, at least in part. I do however, understand how a situation like this is a PR nightmare, even if he is innocent.

I would say not taking him after the info is out is different than getting rid of him.
No legal repercussions for first scenario, but I guess there could be some for the second especially when he says he gave the info to the school administration before admission

He didn’t go to Omaha right after it came out. He stayed home.

Casey either knee or didn’t know about it, that is speculation.
What is not speculation is after it came out he allowed him back. The last thing LSU needs is a washed up small ball coach that allows pedos on his team.

Exactly! The courts say he is a pedo...good enough for me. And as I said earlier no way in hell he would have seen the field again if he wasn’t the best pitcher on their team. Skip kicked Joey Belle off the team for much less.
