Didn't see any Mizzou fans talking trash last night downtown

Everyone seems nervous about today's game. Everyone I talked to is excited for playing the first real game here (nobody counts the covid year as a real trip).

They are very happy to be 5-0, but most know that if we play just a little defense, we are a very dangerous opponent.

It was very peaceful.

Their fan base seem to have some sort of intelligence in them. An SEC fan base that’s rational, Hmm interesting. Can’t be an original member of the group.

Been here since Thursday. Campus was pleasant surprise and everyone has been incredibly nice. Most think they’re overrated and haven’t been tested, but are excited about the game.

We're pulling in this morning. Anyone know what the parking looks like?

Been here before non football related but usually just passing through. Their campus is beautiful and I love the downtown connection and walking environment. The campus is immaculate and well kept. City is clean. People have been very nice and seem surprised by how many LSU fans are here.

Typically they are not the trash talking type.

Very polite and clean cut crowd. Not sure I’ve ever encountered a nicer fan base. Stadium reminded me of a typical 70’s era SEC stadium. 63,000 in attendance I heard. No bad seats.

Wish it was the norm rather than the exception in 2023.

Their fans were very nice. All of the “shite talking” was good natured.

However, a large number of their fans have no clue about rules. Also, our entire section thought every positive LSU play was the refs cheating for us. I mentioned it to one of the guys with us and an older Mizzou fan sitting below me said “Yeah, most of these people here are just bandwagon fans.”

The stadium was great. It was really clean and pretty much all the seats are great. The berm for general admission was really cool too.

Glad y’all enjoyed your visit. Your visiting fans were all very nice, solid representation of purple and gold in CoMo for such a long road trip.
