Can't look forward. Always a need to compare to Saban, but since you started it, I'll finish it.

Saban had the call on the field. The player didn't execute. The pass that was thrown for the TD was perfect and could not have been played by the player any better.

The difference with Miles? Miles made the wrong call several times in the drive and never got a play off at the end.

Don't ever compare competence of Miles to competence of Saban. You will lose every time.

Saban is 15-0 in the SEC last 2 seasons while Miles is an astonishing 7-8. Yes, more SEC losses than wins.

You're dead on. 100% correct. But those implying Saban never did anything wrong at LSU are insane.

This should be an insta-ban.

I can give you Perriloux last season. But defense was the major problem.

The QB situation was a cluster for sure, but it wasn't exclusively on Perriloux.

I get your point, BUT a breakdown in coverage is not quite the same as a total brain cramp at the most critical point in the game. IF this was the first time it may be a bit more easy to overlook, but this is the norm with elmer fudd.

Happened twice on that same drive. Look,it doesn't compare to the end of the Ole Miss game. But those who just want to pile on Miles refuse to acknowledge Saban or his teams screwed up once in a while, too.

I think the people that talk about UAB and Iowa are clueless. UAB was his 3rd game and Iowa was a mail in game since he was already Dolphins coach. He should never have been allowed to coach that game.

Now, 0-31 versus Alabama when Saban's D couldn't stop Fran's trap draw the whole game - yeah, that was miserable to sit through.

But people just typing random games don't help there cause. Pick the real ones and maybe the point will be expressed better.

You asked what 3rd stringer he was forced to start and i answered you. Last year he was forced to start Lee...who was a 3rd stringer.

In that Arkansas game we had Demetrius Hookfin and Corey Webster, who was a WR and switched to CB. Not to mention we had to kick off our best safety Damien James earlier in the year and put in Jack Hunt.

I dont give a shite what game it was...you should never lose to a team like UAB...ever.

UT was Miles 2nd game and people still bring that up.

By his own doing.

This is an excuse of an excuse. Hatch being the 2nd string QB - 1st string entering the season - was just a huge failure on Miles' part.

That's correct...and he should be commended for it.

You're right...i guess Lee should've been 2nd string.

This shows why you are dumb.

LSU was 4-7 and 2-8 prior to DiNardo being fired. Lost to Houston the year prior. LSU had 7 losing seasons in the decade.

And you bring up Saban's 3rd game? This is why a lot of you Miles can do no wrong guys are complete sheep. You have no perspective on reality. None. Clueless.

Bring up Ole Miss 2001. Bring up Bama 2002. Bring up UF in 2003. No, that would require logic.

Bring up UAB and Iowa. Amazing.

A better example would have been the Ole Miss game in 2001. With the SEC West on the line, that was one of the worst games I've been to. Saban totally screwed the pooch at the end of the 1st half to give OM the ball back and let Eli score.

wasn't the punt blocked?
