Just look at the numbers and the score. He did outplay Nuss. That is not a knock on Nuss, Nuss did panic too early several times and checked down for three yard completions when he could have bought time. My biggest problem is that the coaching staff has so throttled him he has lost his most dangerous part of his game. They obviously told him to "play within yourself....bla blah blah..." Only once do I remember him throwing a deep ball. That is a function of play calling as well as him being hesitant to do what he has done successfully every game he has played.

My point about the 18 tickets is simply that there is a TAF fee associated with every ticket. That is not enough loyalty for LSU. You have go go above and beyond to expect loyalty. And to the moron who is claiming that it is BS because nobody gives 16 tickets away. I don't. I use two tickets and scramble for money for the folks that use them.
John...You don't understand because it has not happened to you. Loyalty should be a two way street. I kept 18 football through some pretty bad football. THAT is loyalty.

I generally don't follow tigerdroppings just because of some of the ridiculous comments. I decided to post thos only because I know lots of other folks are just as angry. We have maybe the best team ever and where I sit every game is now going to a high roller who would never find themselves bundled in a blanket to watch a game in February. You don't get it since you are not impacted.

Are you folks really that concerned that I have 18 football tickets? I use 2 and family and friends use the others. My point is that I contribute a shite load to LSU through the extortion fees. I have gold seats only because I hung around for almost 40 years. Get my point. It is unfair, and disloyal to the average fan. I am the average fan. By the way when I don't go I have never sold my tickets. I post them at work so they are used.

You don't get it prick. I never complained at all. So what! the fact is that LSU does not give a shite about you or I. Some equally dumb arse hole called me an entitled frick. Ihave worked my arse off for 40 years in Law Enforcement. I am hardly an entitled frick or complainer. I am pissed that LSU does not give a shite about the loyal fan.

Being a season ticket holder since 1986 does not make me entitled! I have paid for my tickets each year without fail. That makes me a fan arse hole!

Seat relocation is a scam!

Posted by duboisst on 6/8/23 at 7:59 pm
I have been a LOYAL season ticket holder since 1986! Additionally I own 18 season football tickets. My Baseball seats are located in the gold seats behind home plate in section 213. Every few years we are relocated when regionals come around to make room for "participating teams". Past years I have given up my seats only to have the like of Les Myles' wife sitting there. Every year that this happens, there are virtually ZERO visiting fans sitting in these seats. It all appears to be non baseball fans who contributed to the athletic department. Today I got my relocation email. I was moved to the bleachers, and I am pissed. This is wrong. LSU demands loyalty of their fans, but they have absolutely ZERO loyalty to the fans that helped build this program. SHAME ON YOU!
I refused to watch anything that Boosie has to say. He talks big, but hires a 15 year old kid to do his dirty work.
He should have been ejected from the game! He could have really hurt Vincent. It was total bush league. Saban should have sat him for the rest of the game.....HA!

re: The whining is a DISGRACE.....

Everything that you say is correct....Except that the rule is so unfairly enforced. I do not care what you say. THAT would not have been called against Alabama! A much worse hit yesterday by an Alabama player is all the proof that you need.
Several years ago our AD let the SEC office put the screws to us when he did not scream about the Cotton Bowl taking Texas A&M over us in spite of the fact that we beat them during the season. The result was one of the only years that I can remember where we signed ZERO Texas kids. There was no public fight put up by Joe. Today's fiasco is shameful. For Joe to repeat this SEC BS about safety etc.....Had the SEC forced a decision yesterday we would not be in this position. Clearly Florida did not want to play, and took the opportunity of a weak Commissioner and opposing A.D. Aleva should resign today! I can not help but wonder if Florida was playing Alabama instead of LSU what the Birmingham Mafia would have done. I really can not believe that the SEC would allow Florida to drive this boat into the rocks knowing full well that the biggest benefactor was Alabama and their primary competition in the west for the past 10 years is LSU. Go to hell Florida! This is not what shorts are supposed to be.

Why not Re-Seed Prior to CWS

Posted by duboisst on 6/6/16 at 7:00 pm
Can anyone explain why the NCAA does not re-seed teams after the supers. It is ridiculous that a team who was not previously seeded can get on a streak and advance to Omaha and take the seeded spot as if they earned it during the season. If a non seeded team wins the deck should be re-shuffled. This year it is huge, because we are the #8 and Florida is #1. With re-seeding, the winner of the Clemson regional would very likely capture the # 8 spot and we would move up to play #2. Just saying'
Alabama would never show Nick "Satan" the door! UT may show him theirs!

re: Things I am tired of Les doing

Posted by duboisst on 11/25/09 at 10:52 pm to
Things I am tired of Les doing
- Playing seniority over talent
- sitting on a lead and getting conservative
- inability to make adjustments midgame
- use timouts when needed
- wasting time outs
- only having our team prepared for bowl games
- setting a record for career illegal formations
- benching the hot hand
- press conferences
- waiting till the offseason to fix problems
- losing to bama and florida
- patting players on the butt after penalties
- Not instilling a killer instinct in our players
- having the want to win but not the ability
- RUNNING THE OPTION

The point I am trying to make is that Les Miles is not the guy LSU needs. These things I am listed are not problems that started since the Ole Miss game but rather go back to his very first game at home against Tenn 2005.
Les is a good guy that can recruit with the best but thats it. We need a coach who can recruit, lead, coach, prepare and develop players.
I dont care if Les beats Arkansas 100-0, its time for him to go.

As they say..."les is more"......unfortunately more of the same. Your list is a good start!
I get your point, BUT a breakdown in coverage is not quite the same as a total brain cramp at the most critical point in the game. IF this was the first time it may be a bit more easy to overlook, but this is the norm with elmer fudd.
Same players, same schedule different coach. If Saban were here with our talent I gotta believe we would be 11-0. Aside from his game management skills, he attracts great assistants that actually know how to exploit team weaknesses. What we have is an OC who still thinks that a dive play on first down with 8 in the box is a really tricky play.

Applewhite turned us down year before last and went to Bama. We got Crowton, and he moved on from the psycho Saban. By the way....whouldn't you all love to have that psycho back. We'd be 11-0

Dustin.....are you smokin' crack. We are 7-9 the last two years in the SEC.....AND ARE LUCKY TO BE THERE. WE COULD HAVE LOST MISSISIPPI STATE AND GEORGIA THIS YEAR. Who did we bear? Georgia, Auburn, Miss State, adn Vandy. With the best skill players in the country? Les Miles is the head man, and it stops with him!

re: Crowton replacements?

Posted by duboisst on 11/23/09 at 3:15 pm to
Forrest Gump.....His twin brother is head coach!
The only way Les would have gained any measure of respect would have been for him to appear at his press conference today with a check for a substantial amount of money to give the university for the job that he did not do. He clearly did not earn his pay Saturday. It is HIS job to override a stupid call from the 31 yard line.....HIS job to call the time out......HIS job to have the field goal team ready.......HIS job to fix the stupid delay of game penalties.....HIS job to make certain that the offense is not the laughing stock of the conference.......He has failed on every count!

Crimson Crush.....ya' gotta be kidding. The running into the kicker argument is the best ya' got? Look at the game. There were at least 6 mistakes that were made in the game, and they ALL benefited Alabama. We will never know if LSU could have scored, but what we do know is that Jefferson got speared......no call. Jefferson got a horrible spot on the 3rd play of the game......It was an interception......On Jones TD there was a push in the back....No call.......On a Lee sack the defensive lineman almost pulled the LSU linemans' helmet off by the facemask...No call. One more. LSU's receiver is mauled and the flag is picked up as an uncatchable pass.....Same thing happened in the first half, and the penalty was enforced!

And your argument is on a penalty that they DID call on LSU that allowed the drive for the clinching points to be scored. Pretty weak!
