One of the female officials scrambled out of there and into the open floor in a hurry.
There were also 3 dudes coming from the stands with one making it to the floor. If you're in the stands and feel that you need to come onto the floor in a situation like that, you should be ejected from the building immediately. There's plenty of personnel involved in the game and security to deal with that.
