Did this weekend change your outlook for/on Kelly?

I've been worried all year thinking about how we somehow lost 3 games with Jayden, Malik and Thomas as they dominate the NFL.

The poor DB recruiting, the subpar Oline play with superior talent, the lack of a running game, poor special teams play, the inability to put Perkins in the correct role, can't win an opener to save his life, the complete and utter lack of the ability to stop a dual threat QB.

Up until this weekend I felt like Kelly would have LSU as perennial playoff contenders and absolutely win a title at LSU as soon as he got "his" team in place.

Something about getting buttfricked at home, with Saban gone and feeling like our best hope is a high school QB that hasn't made it to campus yet is just deflating.

Can big game Brian win a playoff if any of the teams have a dual threat QB?

Coming off of a bye and getting absolutely dominated by A&M to choke away a 2nd half lead and Alabama fans were singing goodbye to LSU fans in the 3rd quarter in our own stadium. As they began running clock with over a quarter to play was just so pathetic.

Does anyone have faith that he's going to be able to beat Clemson in the opener?

Nuss could take a big step forward next year but poor Oline recruiting and retention is going to have our poor unit even worse next year

Before Saturday I would have bet he was going to win big here. Now I think he's going to get himself and his boss fired.

Just curios, how have you ignored all the other signs up to this point that you were completely bought in until this most recent game?

Yes, but if we win out, I'm back on board.

I'm just very concerned about the Florida game. The next two we should win at home.

I’m in the minority because I still believe BK can win a championship with the improved talent that’s coming, but I’m not nearly as confident in that stance after the last 1.5 games. If the talent is upgraded and they still underachieve relative to program expecations, I’ll admit I was wrong.

I have taken up for him until that embarrassment. I am completely off the bandwagon and awaiting the day he is fired. I know it may be a while, but we are stuck in limbo until then. This situation feels worse than even during the Orgeron and Miles year. I have never seen an LSU team more physically and mentally soft.

Because they were all explainable. This past weekend he looked outclassed and lost.

He's in year 3 now. Year 3 is results year and this is the worst loss of his lsu tenure and it completely eliminated us from playoff contention.

Getting boat raced by A&M and Georgia in year 1 was explainable with the roster issues.

Losing in year two in shootouts to Bama and Ole Miss with the Matt House experiment seemed to be the issue. He corrected it.

There is nothing I can look at Saturday and explain. There's no positive. That was as bad as bad gets

Bro he lost 3 games with Jayden Daniels, Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr.

Does he need multiple heisman winners to make a 12 team playoff?

Why did we fire O if we're just a program that just needs a recruiter?

I supported the hire but I can see that there are limitations to what Kelly can do. He’s had enough time to get this team “aligned”. We should be contending for the playoffs this year.

The big loss out the gate to a pathetic USC team is without excuse. He did not have our guys prepared. The loss to tamu is without excuse. They were not prepared to the 2nd string qb. The blowout loss to Bama is icing on a loser cake. Bama should not have blown us out at home.

That said, He deserves more time. He’s also too expensive to fire.
considering the huge recruiting class incoming, he is under more pressure than ever to get us to the playoffs sooner rather than later.

Fans won’t put up with 9-10 wins for much longer

No ONE game should change your mind. And its almost impossible to answer this question in the middle of the season. You cant properly see how things are going until you look at the season in a whole plus what players you got coming in.

Nope. Lost me against USCw, got my hopes up (again), and fooled me for the third year in a row. Can’t wait until he is out.

That's a must win for Kelly. That would be a brutal, brutal loss if Napier beats him

Nope. He’s a 9-3 coach in the SEC

He just doesn’t have the killer instinct it takes to be elite

Because O drove this program off a cliff and was lucky to be .500 his last two seasons. He had no idea how to get things turned around. I’m not excusing BK’s mistakes. He has made some really bad hires and not acquired enough talent by year 3 which he told us was the year to judge him on. I’m not absolving him of his mistakes. I do believe in the talent that’s coming though. That’s when I’ll judge him the harshest. He’ll have no excuses during the Underwood era if he doesn’t win a title.

What would cause anyone to think he will win a title here? Has he done so before? Does he win big games? Does he out coach top tier SEC coaches? Does he do a great job hiring coordinators? Does the team look well coached and ready to play every game? Do we play with aggression?

For all the “39 players” excuses, please tell me what does that have to do with blocking and tackling? Are we anywhere near being great at blocking or tackling? If you agree we’re not, how long does it take him to coach blocking and tackling?

A playoff elimination game in year 3 vs your arch rival in a season where they lost to Vandy and have a new head coach- they're offensively built around the QB run. You just got destroyed by a true freshman QB running the ball to lose 1st place in the conference.

The QB runs for 200 yards, 4 TDs and Bama fans are singing good bye to your own fans in their stadium in the 3rd quarter as they embarrass you on national television and you can't draw any conclusions?

I mean alright man. Let me know your thoughts after the Vandy and Florida game and I guess the taxslayerwhogivesafrick
