I'm not going to comment if either are better, but I will say I hope the Saints DO NOT pick either Dart or Sanders.

Ok, so tell us what all characteristics Nuss has that would make him "easily" the 2nd QB taken and a top 10 pick.

What characteristics did Anthony Richardson have to get drafted top 10?

Being athletic?

What characteristics did Trey Lance have?

That's just not true at all.

But it is. If anything GM is drafting off of stats then they aren't a good GM.

I dont think he messed up but I bet his draft stock would be really high today had he come back due to the bad draft.... Dart is not a better prospect than him.

Why do you think this? Dart and Sanders were both statistically better than Nuss last year.

How many years have they been starting?
Who was catching their passes?

Yeah, I guess. I don't really know or care. I'm asking you what characteristics Nuss has the easily gets him drafted above Dart and Sanders and in the top 10.

I never said stats are the only thing they go off of. You said that stats "don't mean shite" and that's simply not true.

I’m just happy LSU has an experienced returning QB that should give LSU an advantage in most games this year. I’m glad he didn’t go

He was not ready. One year of starting and had some good games but also bad decisions at times. I'm sure his father gave him some advice and obviously took it. He has a chance to have a better record and better stats. If he is going to be Top 10 next year, he will make more than this year draft picks. He made the right decision to stay one more year.

He'll improve over last year. I bet his line is something like 4,350 / 35 / 10

If he does that he's a first rounder no doubt.

This QB draft is bad bad. Jaxon Dart and Tyler Shough are now probable first round picks

What’s amazing is that teams will draft this bad qb class in first round. They don’t realize that they don’t have to draft a qb in RD 1…but then again, there’s a reason those teams are bad.

I’m just glad he didn’t burn his redshirt in that joke of a bowl game everyone was mad at him about.

Only if he doesn't improve over 2024.

He was bottom of 2nd round projections before he declared he was returning. NFL wise, all he has to do this year is slightly improve and he is first round guaranteed. The additional game film alone of him making the frozen rope throw on an out route from the far hash a few more times worth millions.

Jayden would have been drafted in the top four rounds had he not played his Heisman Trophy year.

Just because this year's QB class is weak doesn't mean GM's are stupid and will put QBs in their first five rounds of picks [if at all] just to have one.

Nuss has much to fine tune over the next four and a half months. Just as importantly is the chemistry to be perfected with this group of fast and experienced receivers.

He also had a $$ million reasons to stay.
