Was about to say the same thing. Saying Harris is a mobile quarterback is how you tell that person is either an idiot, racist, or both.

People keep saying Harris is a good kid. He's not a kid, and no one knows if he is a good guy. His actions Saturday night and his tweet tell me he's not mature and not a leader.

He's been a pretty bad quarterback, but people keep sucking his nuts and say we need to "keep him up."

That's his job, not mine. If he can't lift himself up, he can't lead this team. Geez! I've never seen a fan base so desperate to coddle a guy. People crap on Dupre, who is the same age with the same experience as Harris, but poor little Brandon needs a back rub. Pitiful.

I don't know what Miles is going to do. But so far McMillan would be second string if I had anything to say about it.

Facts are facts and of the three quarterbacks that have played this year, BH has been the worst performer.

You can argue against this but the facts would not be on your side.

Harris will play better if he gets another chance.
He started all last season and looked pretty much the same. It's just that we didn't even bother trying to pass back then. How many magical chances does it take?

Don't bother to listen to anything he says. All coaches use worthless coach-speak, but Les adds a dash of incoherency that renders it particularly useless to try glean useful info from.

Just wait until the game before deciding your level of outrage at the QB situation.

Les said that DE would start but that as soon as DE makes one tiny mistake BH would get the nod and play until LSU is too far behind to mount a comeback.

No.

He said that he can't imagine Etling wouldn't get the first snaps but also said Harris needs to be ready.

Given the way Harris has acted in the last 5 days, I'm not sure we'll see him in this game but at some point this season, his number very well could be called. This is something that Harris needs to keep in mind.

It's fair to say that Harris hasn't played well in 5 quarters of football so Miles had to make a change. For that, I give Miles credit.

Is Etling going to come in and light it up? I have no way of knowing but he played with confidence and poise. Harris has not, it's that simple.

It's in Harris' best interest to stop pouting. He's part of a team and if he values that, as much as I think he does, he should stop pouting because he didn't get what he wanted. Lot of football left to be played. His attitude needs to change, and I think it will but I also think that Etling gets the nod in the next few games.

We'll see what transpires in SEC play.

I'm more concerned with the OL play.

Mc looked quick handed with getting the ball out.
Fast feet too ! Never seen Les play 3 QB's in
one game before.. kinda nice to see 2-3 play.
Thoes two are better than 1

The phrase " it is what it is" does not have an expiration date.. so, it is what it is ! I agree with
comparison

love to see McMillan get some real action experience. Dude looks like a thoroughbred out there.

How's that? He threw one decent ball on Sat and was all over the place in the spring game.

When Bob Holt from the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette asked him who was going to start at QB, Les said "Surely Etling will get the first snaps." But then acted like he wanted to keep the decision in house.

But he never uses them. Miles wants him to be JJ so bad, but BH has never shown an inclination to run with conviction. At least when JJ ran, he ran with a purpose.

They don't "have to." But his wheels do add a dimension. And very few other teams' backups were starters for 15 or so games. Seems pretty reasonable that's he's pretty down on himself. Need to pick him up.

He's scared. I have him a pass with the groin injury last year, but that kid has no desire to engage in contact with the defense. He could be Usain Bolt, it's irrelevant.
