Burrow didn't decide to transfer unti after spring ball. That would've been like April 2018 I think.
Pruitt was hired in like Dec 2017 / Jan 2018. Schiano was considered before Pruitt was hired.

Bill Busch was the one that found, recruited, and convinced O to take him. As usual, O didn’t do shite except recruit him after he was getting swayed to come to LSU

This story makes no sense. Tennessee changed their mind on hiring Schiano in November of 2017 and Burrow didn't decide to leave Ohio St until May of 2018. Sounds suspect to me.

Burrow couldn’t have transferred until he graduated later that May anyway, and Burrow wouldn’t have transferred if he won the starting job in the Spring.
Tennessee probably would have been a favorite if Schiano was hired, but it was never a done deal even if there is some truth to the story. Burrow and Schiano weren’t showing up in Knoxville together.
