The rallying cry tonight is:
“Well we didn’t start our best remaining pitcher tonight. We are trying to outscore them and save him just in case we need him tomorrow.”
What happened to starting your best guys and just winning the next game up?

You said it's the same situation. Explain how needing to win 3 games vs. needing to win 1 is the same.
