You may not want a gump's opinion, but you guys have the semis two states away and the NC in your home state. That is an amazing set up.
Last year I had to fly to Miami and fly to SF. Y'all are in driving distance of both games, and many of you won't need a hotel for the NC. No reason not to show out imo, and I expect y'all to.
will be extremely disappointed to see people skip out on this game in particular to save for NOLA when absolutely nothing is guaranteed.
furthermore, to see this team, this version of LSU, i would love to do it a million times more.

I definitely agreed 100% with you!

I have reached the point in my journey that I may not be able to do these trips much longer, so see y’all at the bar at the Hyatt Regency ! I’ll be the older short guy, with longer than normal hair for my age, wearing something with the Tiger logo :-)
Driving the 475 miles, driveway to driveway according to Google. Gonna put the escort to a big test & be at the bar by 1:00.
Passed on SECCG, but can’t miss this one. Not sure the NC will be in the budget, but hell, neither is this one. At least there won’t be hotel bill in NOLA.

I went to the SEC and I'm going to the next two games as well. This season is too special not to breath it all in and enjoy it.
But, I do know a lot of people that I work with that are sitting out the Peach Bowl to save for the Championship game in NOLA. They plan on putting whatever the trip to Atlanta would have cost toward their tickets, since they won't have to worry about travel and lodging expenses for the Championship.
I think we will have a much better showing for the NC game than the Peach Bowl for that reason.

WE need more fans at the Peach. It is doable if you can spare the time.
1. Wait to purchase tickets until Dec 21-23. They will be much cheaper online then. There is NOT a great demand for these tickets.
2. Book a hotel in Midtown or Buckhead. Rates are normal there and not inflated like downtown.

My wife and I will be there! I’ll be loud the entire time, and I’m sure I’ll piss someone off that thinks they’re at their granddaughter’s dance recital.
