Very troubling if you ask me. For the second week in a row, he said the team came out not ready to play and that guys are not spending enough time watching film. I thought the shorter practices were supposed to give more time in the film room. He basically said most of the defense has no idea what's coming pre snap.

He didn't stop playing last night. Glad someone didn't.

Yeah white seems to be the only one that thought he would be playing for a championship level team

And further evidence that O doesn't have a clue on how to manage a team.

White is one of the few players that comes out to play every night. I think what we need from him because he’s in the middle and such a tough SOB is he needs to hold his teammates accountable.

He is acknowledging that his teammates aren’t coming out with the energy to play. Now we need him to challenge those guys and become the leader the team needs.

This starts at the top. O has to get these guys ready.

Also, D Alexander and the other "leaders" of this team need to shoulder some of this. He has become worthless.

Aranda seemed to do it very well last year, just saying.

This is on O and the so called team leaders.

Only one who cares? How the hell would you know? There are many on this team giving great effort but no one can see due to the teams woes

Where are the coaches(as in plural) that are supposed to be making sure they are ready to play, watching enough film, knowing the reads, and generally teaching and coaching? Another sign of a team that has basically quit and of a coaching staff that doesn't have a clue. O's post game presser last night was all the proof needed.

I get so sick of this absolute bs. Aranda had success in the past, so let's not hold him accountable. Good god

Aranda has mailed it in. He is responsible for the defense.

Aranda had a defense that was already stacked when he came in

Aranda himself said he hasn't focused on scheme as much as last year which is troubling because this D has alot of new faces
