And last year Canada was the best OC in college football. The only Broyles award candidate on offense. Eaux says what he's going to do and does it and people are still upset.

You are wasting your time as am I. It is clear the anti O group on here has crossed over to borderline obsession. They want O to fail so bad and the more positive things begin to look, the more desperate they become.

2 years removed from Wisky and they currently have the #1 defense in the country without Aranda.

Their schedule was incredibly weak this season. Also look at what he did prior to Wisconsin please.

Steele wasn’t bad all things considered, but Aranda is absolutely better.. especially in the second half of games.

Aranda has improved the linebackers and recruiting there. Also good for Aranda for building something at Wisconsin that sustained itself.

LSU may not get a ton of turnovers but they also play a very conservative game on offense and rarely ever turn the ball over. Perhaps this plays into opponents play calling as well? I still prefer a disciplined athletic defense that keeps the score down. Time and time again his defense makes necessary stops to keep us in the games when the offense is doing nothing. You can’t just rely on turnovers. Would love to see other stats here.

Interesting side note is Frank Wilson’s UTSA team has the 7th ranked defense this season.

O had all of his eggs in the Kiffin basket, then panicked, and hired a big name for a PR win. Why would you hire Canada when you're dead set on running the USC offense?

we're coordinator dependent and O bumbled his first big hire. But hey I'm sure he'll get it right this next time

... And the orgeron fan club wants the local "baw" to have the job so badly they're willing to throw the entire program under the bus. They don't really care about LSU.

He bumbled it all the way to a potential top 10 finish... definitely top 12 with a win. I bet you are actually pulling for ND....oh you won't admit it publicly, you are too fragile, but deep down you kinda hope ND wins.

I'm not a part of the O fan club. I do like the direction of program currently and the opportunity to perhaps finish in top 10. Yes, that sounds like a program going down the shitter. Fkn idiots.

The real question is what's going to happen when Dave Aranda eventually gets a huge job offer that he can't refuse and LSU lets him slip away?

Eaux will pick up the phone and call the best DC and ask him if he wants to make $1.5 million coaching some of the best athletes in the country. He will probably explain that he needs him because the last guy left for an offer he could not refuse and it will probably happen for him also.

Pretty simple actually.

Lmao. The offense under your boy is what got him fired. If your boy would have simply not been so stubborn and SO PREDICTABLE....he would still be here. His philosophy was we do what we do...not gonna disguise it...up to you to stop it. Unfortunately, good defenses had started doing just that.

You are 24/7 bashing 0. We are in the hunt for a top 10finish and all you can do is bash O. I've never heard one single positive out of you regarding O. You aren't objective at all. Same people every single day. I'm convinced you getting paid.

My trepidation about Orgeron has always been about the long term health of LSU football. You are incapable of seeing the big picture here. His decision making in regards to the offensive philosophy of the team is questionable at best.

It is evident Canada is leaving. Did he even recruit a QB??? Don't be surprised when Hugh Freeze is the next OC.

I would hope so. Not every head coach hires a Broyles Award finalist as their OC. He definitely deserves the credit.

Hey lil buddy I'm not an O follower. If he goes 8-4 next year, fire his arse. Until then, we are trending in a positive direction.

Probably less than a handful. Most are like me...like the direction will give him a continued chance, still on short leash.

Hardly anyone thought that LSU was headed "down the shitter" as you put it in year one.

Why can't you wrap your head around the idea that some have long term concerns about the program? He isn't going to have Miles' coaches and players forever.
