As Guava has eluded to... what LSU did last game is NOT "alternating" QBs. I have no problem with throwing JJ in for a dozen plays a game... which is what I think LSU will keep doing, barring a complete JL meltdown.
It's completely up to JL as to what happens with JJ. Don't know if JL throwing 10/22 and 8/21 games will keep JJ off the field forever... just playing devils advocate... don't shoot the messenger.
Like I said, I have no problem with JL getting 85% of the snaps with JJ coming in for "some plays". And this is FAR from "alternating QB's".

I have absolutely no problem with this. The problem I have is a concern that Miles will incrementally increase JJ's playing time until JJ eventually takes the starting job back, and eventually we see the same rotation as last year, where JL gets a couple of series and comes in on obvious passing downs.

I have no problem with him playing in certain situations. But 12 plays a game is a lot for a non-starter, unless your predicting mop up duties. I think half dozen is ideal IMO.
