Wow. Drake Nevis wouldn't be listed as a 3rd string DT for any other team in the country. hell, he'd probably already be starting for 95-100 teams. LSU is LOADED at Dt.

12gauge's comment was in reference to the oline, not the dline.

Our oline is certainly very impressive, but I am sure that 12gauge was likely thinking of Oklahoma when he said that LSU didn't have the most physically imposing line this year.

He's right too. Just imagine if Phil Loadholt's credits had actually transferred to LSU. Damn......we'd be stacked. But Joe Barksdale will be more than fine in his stead.

yeah, the starting OL looks good, but did you notice that our entire 2nd string (if Helms gets hurt again) is made up entirely of FR and redshirt FR? Yikes....

Is there a close competition for the PK spot?

I think Ryan Miller is the first off the bench for the center or either guard position.

John Williams not on the depth chart, even in the return game. It's a shame such a talented kid can't find a niche.

So is there no chance that the yound DE's LSU got the past two classes hit the field? They are more of the speed rushers I would want on the ends whenever the starting 2 ever need a break.

Chancey and Corley.

Also why not have Keiland/John Williams/Brooks back to receive kicks?
