You're talking about something that happened over 30 years ago and each them would require extreme amounts of maintenance to the point where they aren't considered a threat at all anymore - if they ever were.

Iran has been working on nuclear weapons for decades. They are also working on ICBM's. If the regime is not changed they will eventually achieve both and the Islamic Republic's bunch of rabid nutjobs would then be a 1000 times worse then North Korea.
In any event, there are many ways to deliver a large bomb short of miniaturization or an ICBM. That's one of the reasons that shipping containers are scanned for radiation. However, by the time a ship with a nuke is in port, it is too late.
