In the Advocate column Joe Alleva said “if he is,cleared”. You cannot prove a negative. Meaning you cannot prove something did not happen especially with the wiretap s out in the public domain. The NCAA moves at a glacial pace.. they have no incentive to “clear” WW. They might close the investigation two years from now with no,action. That will not save WW career or LSU basketball.

I wish they would have done things differently. I wish they would have brought Joe out to mention his past, and say he has learned to not punish people on media reports yada yada yada and then say Wade will not be suspended, but they are doing an internal investigation and will suspend if they find facts of wrongdoing
That is what I wish would have happened, but that really isnt the best play for LSU. Thats risky as frick for LSU

When I used to be in Sports Admin, a chick from the Compliance department came and talked to her class and she came off as the most condescending, self-righteous bitch

We are pretty much at an agreement on what happened now, but LSU/delly def leaked partial info on purpose to make it look like Wade simply refused to meet at all with anyone
