We're all so hyped about the offense, we forgot our defense mauled a difficult scheme like a Savage pack of animals on the African plains.

Neil Farrell always quietly has a nice game.

Jacoby Stevens is quickly becoming my favorite player.

Stevens is a sure thing. Great tackler and always seems to be in the right spot.

Stevens and Delpit are an absurd combo on athleticism.

The whole front 7 looked like they could all be drafted. Very, very few mistakes, and played with great intensity.

Chaisson had an awesome sack that was negated by the delay of game penalty.

Chaisson also had a sack that didn't go into the sheet b/c of the delay of game. But he blew by guys

Yep, and both within 10 minutes of each other. Chaisson is a bad man.

Not a lot of people talk about Phillips, but he killed it last night.

Delpit, Jacoby, and Chaisson are 3 special players on defense. This is like it was with Keke, TM7, and Reid. Monsters out there.

I'm interested where you find these stats. The Advocate doesn't publish any defensive stats.
