This is NOT a criticism…more of a question. Kelly has been there 3 years. Why is there still little depth on DL? He’s had 3 years to recruit. You would think he has recruited at least 2 or 3 per year who can play.

It doesn't help that the state of Louisiana hasn't produced much DT talent the last few years. Factor in Coach O leaving the position thin & here we are.

It’s going to be harder and harder to establish depth at every position because of the portal.

That initial defensive staff was terrible from top to bottom. Pete Jenkins even questioned Cain's coaching technique. I wasn't impressed with House in 2022. It seemed like we gave up an opening TD and played from behind in every game.
