Sankey agreeing to go to 9 conf games while the cfp stayed at 12 should have gotten him fired.

Play shite OOC teams, then play well in the conference and make the playoffs

Agreed! If playoffs are the goal, then you’ll have plenty of big games at the end of the season

We should never play big OOC games again with the SEC schedule

And I like doing it

The SECCG needs to go away too

That’s the way a schedule should look to be honest.

Weak mindset.

Also, as a fan, give me LSU's schedule or schedules similar to it. If we can't make it to the playoffs even with a tough schedule, then we didn't belong anyways and wouldn't have one it anyhow.

I don't care to watch LSU play weak OOC teams. I could probably be convinced for a weak OOC game for the first game of this season considering we have a new head coach, but other than that I'm glad we're opening with Clemson again.

That said, the Clemson type of OOC games are probably over with with Kiffin at the helm. Unless the CFP committee starts taking strength of schedule into consideration, then I'm guessing the end of these types of games are close. Many of them have already been canceled, sadly.

nah, you are just slow to identify the changing landscape of the game.

That's nonsensical. The playoffs is what matters...there's tons of scenarios where a team will be better at the back end of the season. You might want to consider that this team this year will be going through a ton of growing pains. As a fan, I'd be ecstatic to have a team coming together...looking like a real threat and squeaking into the playoffs because it didn't take a loss early in the season.

From a fan perspective, if your choice is an extra quality OOC game or an extra quality playoff game, are you really choosing the OOC game? That's dumb.

It's because there's no benefit to it. Indiana recognizes it.

The last 3 big 10 title winners have all played 3 cupcakes non con. Now with the Sec going to 9 its a joke. A 9-3 Sec team will get screwed to a 10-2 team playing an easy arse schedule. That's why I've come around on the 24 team playoff. At least do 16 and get rid of stupid byes.

They don’t have a real test until mid October when they play Ohio State then Michigan back to back. Then in November they get usc and Washington back to back.

Thats assuming Nebraska is the same Nebraska. It’s not the easiest schedule but definitely not the toughest either.

LSU’s is definitely tougher. But not by a lot. We have about 4 legit hard games just like Indiana.

But looking at their schedule compared to LSU’s just cracked me up

ESPECIALLY when the media or dumbasses over on the SECRANT want to say they are better than 2019 LSU.
